Advanced Apprenticeship in Building Services Engineering

An opportunity has arisen for an advanced level apprentice, to train to become a specialist Building Services Engineer. The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic, highly motivated team.

The company is looking for a bright, passionate individual who is seeking a career in Mechanical Building Services Engineering.

The role will also involve developing specialist skills in preparing detailed drawings and job specifications, as well as estimating costs of materials and labour. Engineers will also attend regular meetings alongside senior staff members, meeting both internal and external customers and will liaise with the separate departments of the business. Work will be primarily office based but some on-site visits may be required.


Training to be Provided By Building Engineering Services Training (BEST)


The candidate will be working towards an Lvl.3 Advanced Apprenticeship in NVQ Building Services Engineering Technology and Project Management (QCF), and will be in training for potentially four years. Full training will include 'on the job' learning provided by the employer, in addition to attending College, either on a day/block release basis, to be discussed at sign-up.
